Submitting Your Book Printing Job
Although our professionals will always be personally involved with your order, the book printing submission process takes place through our easy-to-use Web form. Once your submission is accepted, you will receive a quote number which will allow you to log on to your personalized customer page. There, you will find up-to-the-minute progress updates detailing every stage of your book printing job.
Submissions must be certified PDF format with embedded fonts, high-resolution 300dpi, 1/4 inch bleed, fully-designed, no crop marks or printers marks, print ready layout and covers. Click here for more information on PDF files. There is a $99 setup fee per book. If additional file preparation is required prior to printing your book, we will contact you with a quote on any additional required book setup or processing.

Proofs and Final Release of Print Job
Once your book printing job is submitted, we'll ship you a completed proof for your approval. A "proof" is the first copy or your book printed, which you will examine to assure that it's ready prior to the full production book printing run.) Once you approve the proof online using your personalized customer page, we will release your print job for production. An e-mail confirmation will let you know that production of your books is underway.

Checking Job Status
Your personalized customer information page will show you the exact status of your job at any time. You'll see status messages ranging from Book File Upload Needed to Physical Proof Approval Needed to Order shipped including tracking numbers where available.

Shipment and Tracking
Shipping costs on book printing jobs are difficult to estimate up-front due to variations in finished book weight and size. Once your book printing job is received at our partners, we will forward the finalized shipping quote to you.
